Two extremely highly rated contractors let me down and delayed my house listing. They no showed with no contact. I was frantic to get it listed before the fickle market turned. When I called looking for someone to rescue me the gentleman sounded intelligent on the phone and immediately got to work on every item I put before him. Plumbing, electrical, trim, garage door, smoke detectors, fans, weather stripping, Gate adjustment ,chandeliers, and more were addressed in a tight time frame and where possible he repaired instead of replaced. I've had some people who just waste time on the job but this was not the case. I listed and now under contract in about a week he has again worked late hours to do a few repairs to make the inspection go smoothly. I am remote and when he arrived at the house in my beautiful Scottsdale Communty and saw roof tiles on the ground from our recent monsoon he sent me photos. This was not an effort to secure work. It was a friendly gesture because he knew I would not be there to notice it. He is intelligent. I owned a second property which a tenant rented for several years and it was destroyed. When he was changing out all of the smoke detectors on that property he saw a vent that was caked with three years of filth and he took about five minutes to get that clean with his shop vac. It simply seems like he cares about the person that he is helping and he runs this like a business with communication. You'll be lucky if you can get him. Also because I had a pod to be emptied he sent over a really nice couple of gentlemen who placed my belongings in the desired locations without any grumbling. The price was reasonable also. I'm compiling a list of few people that I can depend on. He's permanent.
